Draw up a tender dossier which meets the provisions of the PRAG and the standards of the Contracting Authority (CA). A market survey will be carried out to estimate budgets. During the tendering period we will draft answers to any clarification queries received.  act as expert advisors in the tender evaluation committees and write reports on compliance of offers received. Undertake site checks, inspect in detail to ensure supplies are fully in compliance with the tender specifications in the tender dossiers.
